I made garlic shrimp for the first time today (3/4 lbs of large shrimp, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper to taste, parsley, butter, and lemon juice cooked for a few minutes in my skillet. . . very light, tasty, and refreshing actually). Served that with my homemade Spanish rice and pernil (Puerto Rican roast pork). I'm about to hit the sack now before work tonight.
