Chopped romaine hearts topped with leftover chicken & garbanzo salad. Cauliflower soup topped with minced parsley. Ice water with a spritz of lemon juice.
Another late lunch and another day at McD's. Spent hours at the vet's office for what should have been simply two physical exams. Went this morning and finally got out of there at 2 p.m., so I took the girls and they had plain hamburgers and I had a quarter pounder with cheese. We are all exhausted and, hopefully, no more McD's for a while.
A slice of the combo pizza at Costco. I usually just eat my way around the food vendors while I am there, but they had nothing today. Good business move to help the food court, which was packed.
a plate with red beets,celery,turnip,cauliflower,tomato,carrots,red Bell pepper,cucumber and as a dip homemade yogurt with black pepper and a large glass of lemon water. For dessert a banana.
Vegetables for me today. I cut up carrots, celery, bell peppers, broccoli & a cucumber to have with hummus. Also a bowl of berries topped with plain Greek yogurt & toasted almonds.

We had Mexican food. I ate pork carnitas, an enchilada, Spanish rice and refried beans. Diet Coke to drink.
