The thread referencing about black eye peas and ketchup had me thinking of odd things I like to eat.
black eye peas & ketchup
Pinto Beans & ketchup
Peanut butter & straberries on a pancake
Mustard on Saltine crackers only.
Mustard on city ham but not on country.
Warm cornbread in a bowl of milk.
Eggs over medium stir in with my sausage gravy and biscuits.
I like to grill my Pimento Cheese sandwiches
When camping; I like to have my hot dog weiner catch on fire til it black
I like dipping potatoe chips in mustard
I like to mix peanut butter & jelly and maple syrup and just eat the mix.
Bologna dipped in pancake batter then fried.
Fish sandwich with ketchup
Pizza dipped in thousand island
macrroni & cheese mix with ketchup and Texas Pete.
I don't like anything wet to touch bread. For instance, if I have a hot dog in a bun on a plate and something wet like beans or coleslaw on the same plate, I have to make sure that the bun doesn't touch it.
I like to thaw frozen chopped spinach, dry it out completely and mix it in with a small container of cottage cheese, mix it and eat
I can't eat anything that jiggles. Jello particularly grosses me out.
I don't like food that is a gel or syrup consistancy. I don't eat any syrups, fruit compotes. Don't like things such as cherry pie for instance because I don't like the pie filling. The clear red gel that the cherries are in bugs me. Too sweet.
I like to eat pancakes dry; no butter or syrup.
I love all dairy products except for milk. Can't drink it. When I do eat cereal which is not often, I eat it dry or with 1 oz of milk. If the cereal is soggy, I can't eat it and always spill the cereal milk out.
I don't like ketchup on anything
I don't eat the crust of bread when eating sandwiches

Wow, some odd things here, lol! What is Texas Pete?

Texas Pete is a hot sauce that is actually manufacturered and headquartered in Winston Salem North Carolina. They designed the bottle so it only drips out.
I only manage about 3 shakes of the bottle I dont like it when the hottness over powers the taste of what I am eating.
I am with you on crust on bread. I want my bread to be soft, croutons ruin a salad.
I cant eat french fries that my finger is touching. I dont know if I bit my finger when I was little trying to eat fries it usually more soggy, burnt or dry and ruins the rest of flavor of the frie unless it wavy fries.
I also like mustard on tater tots.
I hate the nut in mixed can of nuts I believe it called a toe nail? ... To me it a hard nut to bite into and the name is enough for me to stay clear of them.
I am the same way I cant stand for ice cream or brownies and they have nuts or anything else crunchy in it. I dont want something that is suppose be smooth and creamy and when I eat it goes crunch.
Wow Sunny...those are definately different mixers. My daughter eats ketchup on about everything...so I do understand.
