We went with tamales........ a half dozen pork and red chile ones and another half dozen green chile vegetarian ones. Along with a pint of green chile and a pint of refried beans. Delish.

Morning y'all! I think I am going to make Paula Deen's Smoked Boston Butt Roast this evening, slice it, and put it on buns with some BBQ sauce and slaw, for sandwiches, and have potato salad with it.

I have some great markets around here. I think I'll be able to find fresh tarragon. I'll have to try your chicken salad.

Thanks for the idea.

I baked a chocolate chip cake today for my husbands birthday.
For supper, we had chicken breasts cooked in the oven, mashed potatoes, buttered noodle, green beans, deviled eggs, and rolls.
