Tonight I had tortilla crusted fish...rice, poblano peppers, corn red peppers in a sour cream sauce topped with cheese.

Oh and Rolaids on the side........................LOL

Ahhhh we had chicken breasts with some of that blended spaghetti. Had two types of chicken breasts... some marinated in herbs & garlic and the others in pesto. The spaghetti was just olive oil mixed with butter.

Seeeeee...I'm picking up ideas from you all.

NMS...what are we eating tomorrow night? Sounds like we've been on the same page these last 2 nights. You have good taste!

Oh Crazy & VP-sounds so good. If this cool weather keeps up it's pasta gravy w/meatballs, sausage, pork.

We had chicken and dumplings. My mother made them and they were oh so good! I actually lucked out, she had to make a dish to take to a sick friend, so she made extra!

Why, thank you! I marinated the chicken in Lemon Pepper - something new for us, and we both liked it. Not sure about tomorrow yet. I'd like to convince DH it's time he got off his butt and did some grillin' - gotta use up those baby backs. I'll let you know tomorrow.
