Morning all-told you he was a keeper Molochai!!! LOL.

Walleye is very good and boy do they charge for it-there are no seafood stores out here and everything is packaged/frozen and from China. How I miss the east coast.

No cooking for me tonight.

My parents have three weeks off so they're the ones cooking for the coming days. Yippie, I like being spoiled from time to time.

I think that a BLT salad is in order along with a bowl of fresh fruit.

Chicken breast pieces that are currently soaking in buttermilk with cayenne, mustard powder, and celery salt. Will roll in panko and bake & serve with spinach salad.

I was stupid too so I googled it and found out that it is a Japanese bread crumb or similar. You can order it online but I'm going to look at the market to see if it is not in an asian specialty section.

We're not really stupid, just ill informed. That's a great reason for being here. Look at all the culture we're acquiring.

Yes you can get them at the grocery store. Progresso makes some, a lot of the companies do. They are really good, crunchy bread crumbs. You can sautee chicken with them and it tastes like fried. Sooooooooo good! Just go to the bread crumb aisle!
