Walleye is very good and boy do they charge for it-there are no seafood stores out here and everything is packaged/frozen and from China. How I miss the east coast.

Hey all! Had some computer issues but all fixed here........I tried the panko ......oh my goodness we love it! I made chicken with panko and mashed potatoes...yuuummmmmyyyyy!

Chicken breast pieces that are currently soaking in buttermilk with cayenne, mustard powder, and celery salt. Will roll in panko and bake & serve with spinach salad.

I was stupid too so I googled it and found out that it is a Japanese bread crumb or similar. You can order it online but I'm going to look at the market to see if it is not in an asian specialty section.

Yes you can get them at the grocery store. Progresso makes some, a lot of the companies do. They are really good, crunchy bread crumbs. You can sautee chicken with them and it tastes like fried. Sooooooooo good! Just go to the bread crumb aisle!
Besides...I'm learning all my cooking stuff from right here! You should see some of the questions I've asked lol.
