I am going to adapt this for baked stuffed Haddock...It sounds like it should work just fine. I will use a white wine. thanks
I loved it!!!! Dear Partner didnt say too much one way or the other......but I knew he likes his food presented pretty much without sauce or crumbs or butter....straight up I guess you would say. I did give him rice instead of garlic mashed potato. Anyway, it was delicious.

We have 2 grandsons, 15 and 9 yrs. old staying with us for a few days. Oldest decided he would fix quesadillas for dinner. Used chopped ham and chopped chicken breast and fiesta cheese. Browned them in a skillet. Delicious. Chips and dips. For dessert I made strawberry shortcake. Also very good. 9 yr. old especially appreciated that. Easy and simple meal, but very tasty. Have to think of what the 15 yr. old can fix for dinner today.(Tuesday)..
Elston I had thought haddock would be great with that and if I remember right years ago I did something similar with cod.
Tonight panko crusted sauteed tilapia, spinach/mushroom salad (I've become addicted to spinach salad), crusty bread for DH.
It's great NWV that he has an interest in cooking and it sounds great. Our son is a great cook and that's lucky 'cause his fiancee' doesn't cook!!!
