Two were with tomatoe sauce, salami, bacon, mushrooms, corn and lots of cheese.
One was with sauce hollondaise, bacon, cauliflower, broccoli, green asparagus and lots of cheese.
Hey RCG....that sounds yummy!! I've never tried grilled cheese and tomato together - but sure sounds good.......especially if the tomatoes are 'home grown'!!
Ooh.. you are missing out! My favorite way is to have swiss cheese on one side of the bread and cheddar on the other, but it's good no matter what, if you ask me.

No clue right now---need to go to the city today and get all the rest of the needed items for our trip. Plus pick up a few more items for the house as not only is my son and his family moving here May 5th and staying with us until he finds a job and a home but we have friends flying in from Hawaii in May to enjoy all the NASCAR racing here in May and they will be staying with us too---it will be a crazy busy month!! I'm starting to spin!!! Whatever dinner is tonight will be simple and fast. I will post once I get back home and figure it all out.
I am tired from just reading your busy day, lol! Must be exciting having your son move there with you!

Grilled cheese with bacon and tomato-one of my favorites.
I have eggplant parm and garlic bread in the oven now and a salad on the side for hubby, I am making angel hair pasta with clam sauce for myself. Yummy!

Home grown tomatoes Ayyyyyy, we're monthjs away from them right now.
In the NY metro area we have something called 'Taylor Ham', known as pork roll in other parts of the country but if you grew up with Taylor Ham ya just gotta have the original.
Grilled home grown tomato and Taylor Ham sandwiches with a little mayo sre summertime musts. If your cholesterol # needs a boost a little muenster cheese added isn't a bad thing.
