This is pretty much my favorite wrap! I prefer slices of avacado to guac though.

Tonight's dinner is salad and quesidillas w/grilled chicken. Hope nobody complains that it isn't a real dinner.

Well hi to all.......boy life seems to be getting away from me each day unless someone took some hours away as I am just making it here.
Tonight I made turkey pot pies. They smell good cooking. Hopefully they will be good as I made the white sauce with fat free half and half. Gotta cut back somewhere.

Hope all is well...I really need to catch up.

The fudge I made yesterday...it turned out okay...just okay. If anyone has a good recipe for Peanut Butter fudge...please send it my way.

Hope this is not too late gymrat

No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

1/3 cup softened butter
1/2 cup Karo syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar

Blend butter into corn syrup..stir in peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
Mix until creamy
Stir in confectioners
Turn onto big board and knead with your hands until blended and smooth Will have a bit of a shine to it.
Add nuts if you like
Press fudge into a greased square pan
Chill for at least an hour.

The reason this is so good is there is nothing in it that is good for you.

Enjoy!

We had steak and spinach salad. Grilled up some nice pastured beef T-bones and sliced the meat off the bones and into thins strips, served it in a spinach salad with red onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges and chopped walnuts.
