I've been informed we will have a form of traditional New Years supper tonight. Blackeyed peas. Most likely have a sweet potato with slice tomato and call it good.
I know Thai food is hotter than Chinese we are use to eating so I would be mindful of that when ordering.
LOL.... this was our full order for the 8 of us.... Diva and Chatterbox included - and they ate it btw....
Siam and Buddha Rolls
Evil Jungle- with Chicken
Thai Grilled BBQ (sesame beef)
Udon Noodles
Pad Gatiem- Pork
Pad Mit Ma-Maung Mimaphau (sp??) (cashew) - Chicken
all were very good.... the kids downed the rolls and the Udon Noodles....

Sounds delicious, now I'm craving Thai food!
I am going to cook a traditional New Year's ham, traditional in my family anyway. Then, I call up my mom and find out she's having lobster tails! Go figure...so much for tradition...
In laws are doin' ham too....AND a pork tenderloin.....and a bunch of other stuff I will see in a couple of hours...... but I just found another tiny container of anchovy past I didn't know we had..... calling it an appetizer......
You would THINK they would eat at home.... BUT NOooooooooooooooooooo.... LOL... I think it is because Diva watches me cook and then tells the Chatterbox not to eat it "BECAUSE"......I Know!!!! I should just order take out all the time.... That would solve ALL of the problems in the S house!
Traditions-that's why we have a huge hunk of beef roasting for two of us!!!! But that hunk will be turned into delicious loaded beef veg/barley soup just in time for Sat.'s snowstorm.
