Well I hope by taking out the Crab legs yesterday and putting in the fridge to thaw for last nights dinner--which didn't happen--that they will still be ok to use tonight. I'd hate for them to not be as good as usual. So tonight is a baked potatoe and crab legs. Poor hubby still under the weather but the crab can wait no longer!! Great idea regarding the stuffed bell peppers. I love those and it's something I haven't even thought about in a while. That will be another dinner very soon!! Thanks for the idea!!
I was lucky as the crab legs turned out great! I'm back to cooking another repeat...Chicken Cordon Bleu with baked sweet potatoes and asparagus. And I'm cheating--I'm using frozed, already prepared Chicken Cordon Bleu. Meatloaf sounds so good right now. I'm thinking I need to go to Harris Teeter and get my mix of meats and make some good old down home meatloaf!! Yum! Maybe soon I hope.
Here's an easy good chicken one-boneless chicken breasts, top with slice of ham, swiss cheese. Mix can of cream of chicken soup with 3/4 c white wine and pour over. Top with Stove Top and pour 1 stick melted butter over top. Bake 350 for about 45 min. All you need is a veggie.
I went to the store yesterday and picked up everything needed to prepare this. Sounds so good. Thanks for the recipe and I'll let ya'll know how it turnes out!!!
Since it is Friday night, I always "cook" llight...meaning I want something easy....so, it is roasted potatoes, in the oven, then I skillet brown them and add whipped eggs and cover with cheese.
Hope you enjoy-it's easy and good. Tonight's dinner is a big pot of "gravy"-meatballs, sausage, pork ribs, pasta, salad and garlic bread. House smells so good now!!
LaceyEx, Do I cover this chicken dish when I bake it???? Should I grease a casserole dish??
