Oh the puppies are so cute! All this animal talk brings me to share what our cat did. He climbed up the tree and snapped the top part into while we were in another room testing lights. Always had a problem with him climbing the tree then batting off the ornaments but he never weighed 13 lbs before either.

Nomad pizza almost won out here tonight but my grilled ham and cheese was pretty darn good. Made some fudge, dipped the Oreo balls, and have cookie dough ready to bake tomorrow. We are advised of the artic chill coming in here tonight so figure the oven being on marathon tomorrow will be a good thing.

Stay safe and warm friends!

Well the drama continues here....but I'll have to fill you all in later because i am exhausted! Lucky for us, BF's sister's BF (got it?) made us a huge pan of lasagna and garlic buttered breadsticks for dinner. It was divine.

OH {{{HG}}} I am sorry things are going well in your new home. It had to be of comfort to have a yumo meal brought into you though. Tell your BF's sister's BF we appreciate him cooking for you!

I would very much like to ship out a CARE package under your circumstances but shipping food is an art skill I lack.

Very good Sunday morning all. Couldn't sleep so was up at 4.

Just checked the weather channel and we're under blizzard warnings with high winds, heavy snows and temps dropping to zero. Tomorrow 35 below. Looks like we're housebound for awhile.

Lacey, you jump on a plane and get right down here before that nasty stuff hits. Right now, young lady.

Rib roast was absolutely wonderful last night. DH and I just sat, moaning and groaning while watching a movie. No funny stuff going on, just too full. How can you not eat too much of something when it tastes so good???

Ah lacey...you definately need a break in that weather! I just can't even imagine that kind of cold. The weather has been weird everywhere this year. I guess that cold weather where you are is normal though, huh? It's been cold here at night...low 20's but it's suppose to warm up this week and be in the 40's and 50's...not bad. I guess that is because it's suppose to rain.

The orange roughy turned out wonderful, as usual. Fish is DH's speciality. We had long grain and wild rice and dill green beans with it. Cleaned our plates!

Tonight I am going to make chicken fried steaks with mashed potatoes/gravy and asparagus. Think I'll make another batch of fudge and try to keep ahead on this. I packed one of my containers to go to CA this next week. I had to wrap each piece of fudge individually in wax paper so it takes some time. Now I have 3 more to pack for shipping and then the rest are going here locally. I still have my "fudge-type-pudding" mess in the fridge and have decided to toss it as we'll never be able to eat that much ourselves. At least this goof up made me laugh this time! Ha!

Nik, the puppies are adorable. Each one has a different look. I'm sure they each have totally different personalities too. Baby anything always makes me smile! Thanks for sharing.

Good Sunday morning to all!!
