My whole family is crazy about sushi! Maybe I will do some hand rolls tonight. I just make some sushi rice and arrange all kinds of sushi ingredients on a big platter on the table. Each person just grab what they like and make hand rolls. I'll just make a pot of miso soup. It's easy once I get the ingredients together. I normally have:imitation crab meat chopped fine with some mayo,sesame oil&chili paste, sashimi grade tuna, sweet egg omelet,shrimp tempura, avocado slices, cucumber sticks, radish sprouts..etc. It's not like going to a sushi bar, but it will take care of our cravings for a while.
