WOW! Stray a few days and there's a bazillion things to read
Cooked up some Italian sausage with onions, red pepper (bell & flakes), garlic and mushrooms, just a little comfort with crusty bread.
I'm now enjoying a Lindt dark chocolate bar infused with red chili along with a glass of red wine, veddy intuhesting.
OMG I tried that bar at the Lindt store... it was the free chocolate they were giving out the other day... it is so good... is it the one with the fruit in it or JUST the chocolate? I had the one with the fruit Mmmmmmmmm I didn't think I would like it but it was unbelievable... Thought it was worth a possible headache for the chocolate...LOL
Here I sit with a big bag of S&V and now I need chocolate worse than ever. I think the ice cream in the fridge is going to get sampled soon. Need a smooth chaser.

I bought a bag of Lindt truffles on Saturday. It's not a small bag and you get these individually wrapped truffles in a gold wrap for white chocolate, a red wrapper for milk chocolate and a blue for dark chocolate.
My routine is as follows: In the morning -one of each. In the afternoon when I get home, one of each. Before bedtime, one red, one blue. I'm beginning to have extra golds. Don't know how I'll make white chocolate be good enough to be the only kind I eat until gone but I guess when you're desperate, any color will do!
Then I wonder where this huge bulge in front of my torso is coming from. It must just be part of the aging process. I know it's NOT the chocolate!

I have learned to love the gold.... On random occasions I will eat the chocolate ones (with the understanding I might be out with a migraine because of it- but it is sometime worth it)... the white ones are really good with a cup of tea/or a cup of chai.... also with strawberries/raspberries.... just a little observation I have made LOL

Just chocolate labeled "infused with premium red chili". I don't have a nearby Lindt store that I know of but it seems to be the most readily available good chocolate, my local grocery carries it. As you say it was very good, goes pretty well with the wine too I'm gonna have to try it as a hot chocolate base.
