Pecan, especially since I can harvest the pecans from my own back yard.

Cool Decadence to the third power !

It's really decadent but here goes :
Hot blackberry pie in a large bowl with a large scoop of Baskin Robbins chocolate fudge ice cream on it topped with an obscene quantity of real whipped cream all over it.
The best part is that I can eat this stuff a lot and never get fat don't ya hate me ? !!!

My Mom made the best double crust raisin pie. I sure miss her crust.
My all time favorite is custard.
Love a good home made pumpkin pie.
I also enjoy a good lemon meringue,

Homeade lemon meringue, coconut custard, key lime. I like the creamy, custardy type pies. Fruit pies not so much except for blueberry.

PIE? Did someone say PIE?

#1--cherry
#2--sweet potatoe
#3--apple pie--heaped high with crisp apples, not too sweet, a little cinnamony, and a crunchy struesel topping
sometimes I will add some cranberries to the filling and chopped pecans to the topping

When I worked at a small restaurant as a baker, I made a WHISKEY RIVER PECAN PIE, as the name implies
it contained 1/2 cup of whiskey, pecans, and chocolate chips...It was a pretty popular dessert item...

Blueberry cream pie.

For anyone who happens to be on eastern Long Island, this place makes the BEST (IMO).
