Be careful with the grapefruit, some folks on prescription drugs can't eat grapefruit as it's bad for the kidneys.
So that's why you can't have grapefruit! Huh. One of my meds had that warning label and I had no idea why. Too bad too because I love grapefruit (with sugar on top )
Out of reps for the next 24 hours, but that sounds like a fun diet to me! Ok, maybe not fun, but I can definitely relate to some parts of it...
