Tonight I made a pear and apple crisp which was delicious but the goodness of the fruit was probably cancelled by all the sugar in the crumble topping.

This morning it will be kiwi and a slice of watermelon. I have learned that both of these have great health properties.

I had olives in my salad for lunch. Olives are fruits! Actually - I cut up some tomato in it too, and tomatoes are also fruits.

Tried eating an orange and it was the most disgusting dried out fruit that I have ever had! If the next one is like that, I am saving it and returning it to the store.
