We are looking for a retirement community somewhere between Orlando and Tampa along the I-4 corridor. Prefer age restricted to over 55, gated, a nice clubhouse with many activities, don't care about golf. Under $275,000. Live security guards on gate is good. We have checked out Solivita but Poinciana is high crime area. Also checked out Lake Ashton which is nice but too far from Gulf of Mexico. Builders and brokers welcome to reply. Thanks for any advice.

I second the Villages, except its not on the I-4 corridor. But close enough.

Check this place out. It is within your price range. A little off I-4 (about 20 miles south).
