Statistically, Hillsboro Beach, but it's completely unattainable. For someplace an average person can actually live, I second Sunrico.

How much money do you have? if the sky is the limit, Jupiter Island I don't think has any crime!Also a great little unknow piece of beach..... or do you mean safe as in the weather?

All of the Pinellas County beach communities are virtually crime-free. Clearwater Beach might have a higher crime rate, due to it technically being part of the City of Clearwater/
