Ummm, except for the low income part. I'd venture to say Jacksonville Beach or St Augustine Beach would be more economical locations that would be a good fit otherwise.

Nobody with low income will be able to get a place along the beach in Sarasota. Maybe further inland in Sarasota...

Define 'lower-income' and we can help.

And Sarasota is definitely not low income.

Lower income, to me, isn't just about dollars, but about values.

I grew up in a heavily Roman Catholic state, and everyone there seemed to care about other human beings, as much as they cared about themselves.

Here in Miami Beach, no one cares about anyone except themselves, and that doesn't make for very good daily interactions between random strangers.

I thought low income meant not that much money. Am I missing something or have I been deceived my whole life?

If you live in Miami, you know that lower income matters in dollars and cents not how people interact.

We need more info - employment? budget? what other wants/ needs, etc. etc. No one can give you an appropriate answer without some basic info.
