Hello

Is it free to contackt broker/realtor in order to see houses for rent ? Or do we have to pay a fee ??

We are moving to Naples 6. february and try to make apointments to see houses for rent.

Depends if it's under a property management firm. It would be much easier to get online, find the Naples newspapers and hit up the classifieds in respect to the neighborhoods you're interested in.

we rented through a broker when we moved from FL to CA. We were not out of pocket any fees. From what I understand, our landlord had to pay our realtor one month's rent. So, you should have nothing to worry about but make sure you confirm that with whomever you go with. Some realtors don't want to take you out to look at rentals because they're not going to make as much commission! It's always good to go out with a realtor if you can find one!

You can also go to the V R B O website. I do not think you can post a link here, but do a google search for "vacation rentals by owner", then click the naples area.
I rent my house out through that website and it is very popular.
