For all us seniors would you get a manufactured home and live in a gated or non-gated community.... How do you like where you live now...? And if you moved where would you move too...?

mfd home community
well as a matter of fact, i have given this some thought.
5 years ago when i was a young 50, as i was moving boxes into my new house,
going up and down 16 steps... i decided my next move would be into assisted living!
then i sorted everything out and have been getting rid of "stuff"
getting more comfortable in my home... and i realize it is waaaaaaay too big for me!
but i love gardening and growing seeds to seedlings to flowers
as well as seeds to seedlings to veggies! how can i leave here that has a little land?
i don't know what "manufactured home" community means exactly, however, i have often thought that i wouldn't mind having my own "wing" or master suite and a communal kitchen/gathering area...
would love it to be on a farm type setting where i could tend to a horse and chickens and organic gardening and fresh air along with some like minded "seniors" [geesh] ......... dreamin'. know of anything?
