Have no idea of what you are saying. Mindblown that NY and NJ are two separate states? Or insinuating that residents of both states share the exact same characteristics? The second part doesn't make any sense.

it amazes me that people really think that their fellow Americans are any different than they are because of the state they live in? Ridiculous!

Perhaps one should look at themselves to see if they fit the bill of rudeness, ugliness, class, driving ability and overall annoying

Isn't it supposedly that all the northerners are the ones who complain all the time? Yet all I see in these Florida boards is Floridians complaining about northerners.

1. Most of the New Yorkers I've met were a lot of fun. Loud and opinionated, but never dull.
2. All the Ohioans I've known have been good people.
3. Boston rocks. Tampa could learn a lesson from Boston. Sometimes being aggressive is an asset.
4. I know scads of people from Illinois and I have lots of family and friends in the Chicago area. You'd like them if you met them (or maybe not, but who cares). I'd move to Chi-town in a heartbeat.
5. I know exactly one person from Connecticut and he's a scumbag but he'd be a scumbag wherever he was from.
6. Wisconsin? Really? I use to hang around the Packer Backers when the Bucs were in their division, and even though I was a Buc fan in a sea of Packer green and yellow, they fed me pounds of brats and gallons of beer and couldn't have been friendlier or more gracious.
7. I know one guy from Maryland and he's cool. Go Ravens!
