This is a great forum and we are in the same position as Wwanderer, looking at retiring in a few years and have been looking at the same areas for condo buying. Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Oldsmar. We love our horses and are looking at these areas due to Tampa Bay Downs located near Oldsmar and the Canadian MLB Team BLue Jays spring train in Dunedin. We have been looking at On Top Of The World condos in Clearwater as a number of units for sale there and the golfing is included in the HOA. So if anyone knows anything about these condos, any information would be great. We love the beach and would think the beaches here would be warmer than on the other side of Florida. Thanks for any info.

Yes, congrats to Wwanderer!! Sounds great, we are coming down to Florida in January 2013 and staying at Palm Coast at our son's company house and plan on coming across to Dunedin area for 3 days during our two weeks in Florida. I know it is a short time but hoping to see some of the area.
