How long after an event can you wear the T-shirt?

Until it falls off your back in rags!!!! I still have my exclusive Bank of America "Shootout in North Hollywood" t-shirt with a diagram of the incident, people involved, incident number, etc.
I used to have a T-shirt with an MDT on it (mobile data terminal) and "Can't touch this" on it.....people were getting in trouble for sending sexy messages over the MDT. Oh, those were the days. That one I actually did wear til it fell off.

Generally I don't but I had a bad spill that I had to cover up, so I bought a Blue Rodeo (a Canadian rock band) T-shirt. It didn't really fit so I don't wear it often.

IMO wear em until they fall apart.

I have a band tee that is now disintegrating but I love getting to wear it out on days off.
