By other people or have you ever insulted someone abouty their looks
I have been called world cup ears many times
My mom will let me know when she doesn't think I look my best. She doesn't do it to be mean but she's just very critical, but she'll also tell me when she thinks I look nice. Other than that, no one insults my looks. I try not to comment on other people's looks unless I'm saying something positive.
I was insulted on them years ago when I was still in school. lol
Otherwise, nobody has said anything negative to me about them since then. I receive a few compliments on my looks, but not by anyone I care for, and I don't really take them to heart. lol So, eh
Too many times to count honestly. In fact, just last week during an argument, my ex texted me “Dumb ugly a*s. You’re f***ing ugly let me tell you that. I only said those things to make you feel good. But you’re a*s is ugly and weird looking. That’s why you was bullied. I’m glad you was.”
Some lady asked to touch my hair on the NYC subway. She was marveling over how thick and curly it was. (I'm white, so this wasn't some racially insensitive scenario.) She told me I should be a hair model. I laughed and said "I don't think I'm cut out for modeling."
She said, "It's ok - they could cover your face."
She got off at the next stop, and I just started laughing. The other passengers thought I was nuts.
Yes. I find it strange how you remember the mean things people say to you. I still remember the specific mean things people said to me when I was in high school. Even the mean thing someone said to me when I was 8. It's just burned into my memory. Where I was standing or sitting, where the person was in relation to me when they said it. Bizarre.
