It really depends on how the procedure is done. Either way you will feel it and you can tell by looking. If they are under the muscle then they feel like the woman has large pectoral muscles with small boobs on top. If they are over the muscle then they feel like silicone or saline bags, not breast tissue. It's immediately clear.

Well some people just go overboard. Overcompensating. They had flat chests most of their life, now they want them as big as possible.
As some mentioned, if there was something for men to do that would permanently enlarge their penis, tons of men would have porn star packages. Even though many women will say that bigger is not always better and can sometimes be painful. But no. Far as some guys care, large size means everything. And some who go far as to say all women are lying when they say they prefer average or smaller sizes.
But yes. Large breasts period can be annoying and a hindrance. I am a 34DD, and I wouldn't mind have smaller ones that were easier to manage. I may get a reduction later. But the smaller Bs can be nice and shapely, without too much hassle.

You're right.. It's NOT immediately clear if the surgeon is top notch and the implants are done well! There are celebrities and models with implants and people think they're real! Of course though.. The surgeon matters, like you said. The best surgeons will lead to the best (real, natural looking) outcomes. For example, Scarlett Johannson had implants for quite some time, and they looked pretty real and natural on her. The fact that she already had a curvy body type made them appear even more real. I'm sure she went to a top surgeon, seeing as she's a wealthy celeb and all. I think, honestly, breast augmentation isn't worth it unless you have plenty of money put aside.
Just for discussion purposes- I think there are a lot more women that have implants than many think! A lot of models and ordinary women have them. I find interesting that some people seem to think just because they don't look fake that it means they're real! Nope. Not so. For example there are very thin models that have large, natural looking breasts. People assume they're real just because they look it. But think about it.. How many super thin women have large, perky breasts naturally?? Thatis a VERY rare body type. Most very thin women with large perky breasts, probably 95%, have implants. For reference, you can Google Victoria's Secret models such as Adriana Lima and several others.. Some were completely flat prior to implants. I would post photos but not sure if that's allowed.
No, saline feel quite different - very unnatural. Silicone are often hard to even detect, if the surgery was done well, submuscular, and it was not a huge size increase.
I'm sorry, I had it flipped in my head. You are right. My gf had silicone, but I have felt saline.

It's not always clear though. The larger the breasts were prior to the operation, the more that the implant meshes in with the breast and it's hard to tell if they're fake. It's ironic because women who already have nice decent size breasts prior to implants will have the best outcome. It's usually women with very small A cups who have the most unnatural looking implants because they simply don't have enough breast tissue for the implant to "hide" in.

If they were topless or I felt them, I would know. Of course the larger the breast and the smaller the implant the less obvious it is, but women with large natural breasts don't get small implants. It's pointless.

You keep mentioning silicone but a lot of people are getting saline now. Also from your other post, you seem to be hung up on that they don't FEEL like real boobs, which is understandable. But I think, for the majority of women who get implants care more about the look rather than the feel. We will have to agree to disagree that they can LOOK pretty real. But I will say- it is unfortunate for the man who's feeling them, I suppose, if they do really feel drastically different than a real breast, but do all men truly care about the way a breast feels? I would think more men get off on simply looking at the breast since they're visually stimulated. If a man can't get aroused by fake breasts, then why do SO many porn stars get them?? Come on now. It's even been reported that strippers with implants make more money. And if a man loves a woman, I think he will like her breasts even if they feel a bit off? Lol

Imo, I think implants would really improve her self esteem and help her feel sexy. It's hard to feel sexy as a woman when you hate the way your boobs look. This isn't a case of "well I like my boobs now, but I just want bigger ones" this is a case of a woman who feels down and negative about her breasts.

A friend of mine used to say that a woman's breasts should be no smaller than a champagne glass, (obviously not a flute), and no larger than a large man's hand.

Saline look and feel less natural than silicone. It completely depends on the guy.
