Yes, OP, I am so incredibly gorgeous that people stop and stare at me all the time too.
It is just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to deal with.
How can people be so rude? Don't they KNOW how hard it is to be so much more beautiful than everyone else, that people stop and stare at me all the time? Just STOP it, people!

(Yeah, I couldn't write those things without laughing! )
They may instinctively turn, but don't want to be noticed, particularly if with their significant other, so go with the flow. Smile and say hi if directly approached with eye contact. If a room full of people, just focus on where you are going, but, depending on the circumstances, ignoring and not saying hi when walking past a person can really hurt or bother some people. Generates lots of feelings, so it is good to always be friendly than cold. Careful about giving off signals, or they will pursue you when you don't intend for that to happen. If they start driving by your house and making anonymous contacts, you may have a bit of a problem.
You would only know that they're eyeballing you if you look at them right? Just focus on what you're doing and put them out of mind. Don't look at them and you wont even know they're there.
.. I'm single right now, and not currently dating. It would be nice if someone actually struck up a conversation with me, but they pretty much just look and turn away quickly...
