No! Following the herd is often the wrong thing to do in most anything in life. We are all individuals and in the case of a hair style, our facial features determine what hair style would most compliment that.
If I were you, I'd take the advice given here with a huge grain of salt. You should just pick a style that you like and you are comfortable with. You are going to get all kinds of answers here because women, like men are all different and have different preferences.
Yeah- your hair is for you, not anyone else. There's women out there that'll like whatever haircut. If a woman can't get past your hair, she ain't worth it.
Your link doesn't work. Regardless, no I don't care for shaved heads on men, especially men who are not naturally balding (ie have already lost most of their hair). I don't understand the point of shaving off perfectly nice, attractive hair.
You shouldn't make blanket statements basically insulting every man with a buzz cut or shaven head like you did. It just makes you look stupid.
Good luck though with all those full haired men that are surely lined up around the corner waiting for you to drag your fingers through their luscious locks.

It depends on the man and his face and hair texture.
I very much dislike buzzed off hair and even worse is shaven (I know, balding men often have very little choice there...). Anything associated with military is YUCK to me. I only have one male friend who looks better that way and it's cuz he has no grooming skills whatsoever, so buzzing it off is the best he can do.
I like the modern James Dean looks that are trendy now, where it's a bit longer on top, but short at the neck, without it looking like a full-on pompadour or having very long sideburns. There are a lot of options out there, without looking dated or overly trendy....
I generally don't like the hair long on the neck at all unless it is the rare guy who can pull off longer, shaggier hair (around chin length), but you have to be like 25 and gorgeous and kind of "hip" for that, or be Johnny Depp.
There are men who are bald who are as sexy as ever as well as men who rock a full head of luscious hair and they also look sexy. I like all kinds....
