yes, I also heard this but daily showering is good for health. you can use wipes or wet towels if yo don't take shower daily. never forget to use moisturizer after bath. It helps you to recover lost natural moisturizer of skin.

well maybe so, but BO can also cause you to be a hermit....I shower once a day, at least, in the summer if I've just got down working outside, I shower again....
