Too much muscle or does he look good? I would love to look like this guy but I don't think I have the genetics for it. This guy is pretty inspirational. He is only 21 and almost died of cancer 4 years ago and was rail thin. Lifting weights was part of his rehab and he just kept doing it.

I think the dude in the video would be found attractive by MORE women if he:

1. Raised his body fat a bit. Not a lot just a few percentage points.

2. Was a little less veiny.

3. If he just put on a Fireman's helmet and pants. More women would drool at him.

Straight women generally aren't attracted to huge biceps, overt muscle mass & a body that eventually looks like a rising fullness with veins popping out everywhere. They are more often physically attracted to things like...

* Slimness
* Flat abs
* Small, tight buns

As a bodybuilder myself I can say the above is true. Most women are NOT attracted to lots muscle. I'll never forget one time I was on a date a few years ago & the girl that was with me asked if I could even put a coat on. As far as the guy in the video, whether you like his physique or not, the fact he came back from cancer to look like that is pretty awesome

This is actually good news for me as it lowers the bar for what women want. Not that I am living my life based on what women want but you know. I don't think I could get as big or as lean as this guy even if I wanted to. I like to workout first and foremost because I like to workout. The secondary benefit is women like the results.

Most Women like fit men but not over the top with muscles. They think about the time it takes to look like that which will be time away from them plus there will be arguements for mirror time.
I think women like to look at guys who are cut like that just like guys like to look at bikini models.
Reality is different and finding a healthy, fit partner both physically and mentally is what most women want.

Keep in mind that you are looking at the guy while he is pumped up from lifting and with no shirt on. If you saw him in church, it would not cross your mind that he is a bodybuilder. He is lean and muscular, but not that big. See this pic of him from his facebook.
