It goes beyond art, He has deformed himself. That hole in his face is disturbing. How can he eat or drink normally?

When this guy is older he will regret it. Those will definitely leave ever lasting marks, that's why I typically do not agree with doing things like piercings and tats, most people change their mind about those things after a few years (can't go back now sucka).
