I would imagine food would just fall out of the side of his face when he eats. The area is stretched quite a bit with that plug he has in there, but even when it is out, the hole is rather large. Not sure what those gigantic posts in his chest are all about, but they look really painful. It's his body, and his right to mutilate himself, but you have to wonder why even he wants to.
It goes beyond art, He has deformed himself. That hole in his face is disturbing. How can he eat or drink normally?
He can't.
Not my thing and while I think its weird if someone wants to do crazy s--t to their bodies what do I care no skin off my back ( no pun intended).
