If the club owners want to populate the place with lots of pretty females, then they'll offer discounts and "ladies night" deals. It shouldn't be the decision of the guy at the door, though. I expect that the next thread started by this fellow will be "fired from club job, what can I do?"

What state is this?? 18 and 19 years old girls, and younger, come up to Canada all the time because the drinking age is lower. However, under recent law, there are very heavy consequences, includiing the clubs loss of liquor license, if you allow/don't check ID at the door.

OP my advice is to study a lot of photos of celebrities with and without their makeup and hair done. Working at a nightclub, you are seeing young women in dim lighting who have spent hours layering on makeup and perfecting their hair. They are wearing spanx and padded pushup bras and panties with padded butt cheek panels. Once you have seen enough before and after type photos, one of two things will happen. You will either become attracted to the natural look and that will help at work because you won't run into that look at the club. OR you will become skilled in picturing what these "pretty" chicks actually look like under all the make up and padding and you'll realize you have been getting fooled all this time.
