What size of boots do these people buy... in Winter.
Well, on that recommended Indian site here's one woman's solution to keep from having her nails stick out in sandals. Big shoes! Flip, flap, flip, flap.

Whilst both long and short toenails aren't a good sight (who even looks down there?), longer nails though seem more 'protective' when it comes to the safety of your foot. I cringe so badly when I hit something with shorter toenails - it kinda 'goes through' and it feels icky. Longer toenails protect you from all the hard edges of obstacles really.
Of the examples shown in the first photo, it's hard to like any of them particularly, although for me, most of it is poor choice of color, shape or the general shape of the foot itself. If one has feet that have been shaped by cramped shoes, they aren't going to look well with long toenails, IMHO. They didn't seem to have attractive fingernails, either, although that's just MHO, YMMV.
Do people really pay that much attention to toenails?
Now that it is sandal season, I have been noticing women wearing their toenails long. At the nail salon recently, a couple of women were extending their toenails by getting nail tips.
I don't recall ever having seen so many long toenails. Is this the latest thing?
What do you think of these looks?
The feet picture with the flower looks ok, but NO to all the rest, and NO to long toenails in general.

I can't stand when my toenails get even a little long, because they rub against the insides of my shoes, which is a horrible feeling. Honestly, I've only ever seen purposely-long toenails on black women.
I like them, done properly. In other words, they can be too long, at which is looks gross or ridiculous. I wore sandals, and even closed shoes weren't an issue for the length I had. But it's work keeping up. So they're mainly short, then a pedicure lasts longer.

My girlfriend is not a fan of toenail cutting, and hers grow fast. She lets them get quite long, and they look good on her. I like them and like it when she lets them grown out. So if we both like it, I don't see the issue. I've always been turned on by longer (natural) toenails on women-not the huge claws, but definitely extending beyond the toe. To each their own, and if we like it, that's what counts!!
