Beauty, hands-down.
First of all, I have to yet to hear of a beautiful woman who is NOT considered sexy by men. She may be considered cold, or unapproachable but she'll still be desired - probably more so than the Pam Andersons of the world. If I could choose my looks, I would love nothing more than to be that kind of classic, otherworldly beauty that inspires admiration rather than simple sexual attraction.
I'm seriously ask this question because most people get them mixed up.
As I understand it,you can be beautiful without sex appeal,and ugly with sex appeal.
Some celebs that have sex appeal but are considered ugly or average: Paris Hilton,Angelica Houston,and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Beautiful celebs with no sex appeal: Halle Berry,Reese Witherspoon,and Kate Middleton.
As I understand it,that's what I've heard about these women.
So,how does one gain sex appeal?
What do you need to do to have sex appeal?
Learn to how to talk to a man so that he can get to know who you are. Be interesting to be around. Learn also how to be quiet and listen.
To many women just run their mouth saying nothing which is ok in a group of women but not with men.

"Sex Appeal" can be different; it can be on a trashy side and can be "Angelina Jolie" kind.
So it really depends...
Again - depends what kind of beauty.
Some women have tendency to lose it fast, some keep it much longer.
"Beauty is forever" - it's about Art with a big letter, not mere mortals that women are)))
I think of Catherine Zetta Jones...very beautiful but not sexy...Jennifer Lopez while no beauty in the classic way has great sex appeal...which is better? Hard to say...J-Lo is the bigger star but how that translates to real life is hard to tell...very interesting question...but given the choice I rather be beautiful!
Someone once asked me if given the choice would I rather be Hillary Clinton or Christie Brinkley...my first response was CB...but upon reflection maybe not...
