Naturally bald is good. Shaved heads remind me of skinheads and the Russian mafia.

Would you date a guy who you think looks great, but is bald and shaves his head? Why and why not?
Easy question. My answer is heck yes. If done right, bald is sexy. Not talking about looking semi-bald like Fred Mertz or George Jefferson. I'm talking about a man who totally shaves it off. Very sexy especially if he also has a goatee or just a mustache.
Both my current and previous husbands like to shave their heads. I'm a sucker for that.

Should I grow back my goatee? I do the dirty shaven, 5'oclock shadow look and tend to like it better, but I don't have long black straight hair that tends to grow the best goatees..

I think those days are over. I know plenty of normal guys who shave their heads and I think it’s absolutely fine. I would not find it to be a problem at all.
