Do you shower before bed or after waking? I shower before bed. I think I started this with my first job flipping burgers at night. In the Navy, I worked in an engine room over 110 degrees and plenty of humidity from the steam. I still shower before bed because I work in a hospital boiler room. Don't want to go to bed stinking and sticky from dried sweat and oils.
I dont get particularly dirty during the day and this see no reason to shower daily. I think people who work at desk jobs and think they are filthy without a daily shower are a bit silly, or at least overly paranoid.
But when I do shower, it's at night. I like to take my time and too greatly enjoy sleeping as late as I possibly can.
When I worked, office work, I showered in the morning. And before bed. Just think, all those years I never knew I was supposed to choose one or the other.
I like to do a short "rinsing" at night before bed, just getting most of the dirt off. Then a regular shower in the morning when I am not too dirty.
your post does not make sense.
short rinsing at nite before bed, just getting most MOST of the dirt....but not ALL of the dirt. Then a reg shower in the morning when you CLAIM you are not too dirty.... >>>> You have the dirt you did not fully remove from your night time rinse PLUS the dirt you accumulated during your 8 hrs of sleeping and what ever else you may have done in bed.........So you are FILTY Dirty Ozzy
Now go an wash behind your ears and detox your box........ lol
