Boston and Moose...I don't think I've heard of any of those (with the exception of Dior). Where do you buy most of your fragrances?
Does anyone know of a good patchouli fragrance (aside from the kind you could buy at a natural health store)?
I buy most of mine from Lucky Scent. For every frag you buy, they give you three samples of your choosing. Also, try fragrancenet.com, scentmonkey.com and strawberrynet.com.
Also, (although not a purchase site) go to fragrantica.com. OMG....Any and EVERYTHING you want to know about a fragrance. You can even search by notes. (in your case, patchouli)
Not sure what your fancy is....i.e., sweet, dirty, woody, oriental, etc...But, for awesome fragrances with patch, try New Haarlem, Kalimantan and, the absolutely STUNNING (which I didn't include in my list of faves) Patchouly, from Profumum Roma!!! Trust me on this one!!

I'm afraid Hubby tends to buy my Perfumes though I occasionally use Ebay myself too. I was wary at first but I have never had any trouble.
I used to buy from "Sephora" each time I went to France but I now rely on the Internet for convenience.
Jo Malone does "Amber and Patchouli" fragrance, I really like her Fragrances though I haven't tried that one. Also Tom Ford "White Patchouli" and
Christian Lacroix "C'est la Fete, Patchouli".
It is impossibly to recommend fragrances for people IMO though as all Perfumes smell completely different on different skins ( I love Poison on me for example but I know it stinks on many skins)and to different people. It truly is about chemistry so try to get hold of some samples before spending any money.
I wish that the old fragrances would stay the same. My old faves are Rive Gauche, Ysatis, Aliage, Private Collection, and the original Polo. And who here remembers Princess Borgese cologne? not the new one, the one from about 1980? Paris is nice. And I adore Paco Rabonne's Calandre, but it is not even made anymore. Wah.
I have and like many scents but my daily spritz is usually Lauren, the Ralph Lauren classic! Or Reaction by Kenneth Cole. They are both no brainers for me. I dislake the super sweet scents. A little sweet is ok but things like Pink Sugar, etc. cause my brain to hurt.
I wear L'eau d'Issey almost every day. Love, love, love it.
