Gold chain or bracelet on a guy? (guys, look, buy)

Does a simple yet elegant bracelet or necklace on a guy appropriate for everyday wear? I'm not talking about massive, gaudy pieces of jewelry but something more subdued. Like this:
Was thinking of buying one to wear, always have liked yellow gold jewelry in limited numbers. I don't want to look like Mr. T but I think a gold bracelet might complement a nice suit.
Hmmm.....if it's part of a "fancy" outfit....I guess it's ok. I don't have a problem with men wearing a bit of jewelry. Too much tho....just not masculine, IMO. That seems reasonable with a nice suit! Really,, no different than a watch!

This is what I was thinking. Nothing "blingy" but I think having a small, gold chain bracelet would add a bit of flair to an average suit or even in a t-shirt and jeans.

Well I do live in an area with 250+ golf courses in a 100 mile radius...unfortunately my handicap is...handicapped.
No wedding ring, not married. Was engaged one time, things turned sour VERY quickly after the actual engagement. We were able to date and live together but once marriage was on the horizon...yeah wasn't the best time in my life.
But anyway, I'm debating the whole gold bracelet idea. I do like nice watches and I feel having a nice watch on my left wrist and a small gold chain on my right would give a snazzy appearance.
Unfortunately if I have a gold chain, I'll need to have a gold watch. And then everything goes downhill from there. Soon I'll be Arizona's white version of Mr. T.
Im not big on stuff like that on a guy, not really that impressive to me. But a leather bracelet is good, simple and not as flashy.
Seeing gold chains on a guy sorta reminds me of the 70's when guys wore that stuff all the time.
