I was looking at these and haven't bought one in forever. Any suggestions?
I already have a a pumice and file but there is this center spot in my heel that sometimes actually hurts from dryness as it pulls at the softer skin. I also use olive oil and some foot lotion thing that I forget the name of. Those work well enough on normal areas. But that center heel spot...grrrrr! Its sassy!lol
It sounds like you need a combo exfoliator and moisturizer like Kerasal, you can get that at a drugstore. If your heel splitting is really bad you can get a prescription strength Kerasal at the doctor.
A very old product called Pretty Feet (and hands) is a great exfoliation creme, which also works great on your face .. no kidding and it is way less expensive.
I use Pretty Feet every other week. Every day or every other day, I use a pedi file.
