I dont do 'cocktail' rings but do have a few 'decorative' ones that came from Spencers or Hot Topics, which only rarely do I wear, maybe at a night on the town with friends or get togethers.

Its kinda like wearable art, some of the vintage costume stuff is better made than todays mass-produced junk at the local mall jewelers.
