5'7, male 29 years old, and even when I weight as low as 123lbs my stomach looks bloated, the part I noticed that looks bloated is below the belly button, what exercises can I do? What can the problem be? it's like I have to weight 116lbs in order for it to look normal.

Anterior pelvic tilt; google it and follow the instructions on how to correct.

Can't spot reduce. You need to exercise and you especially need to put some weight on at 5'7'' and only 120lbs
