Only if Putin resigns and a caretaker government transitions to a real democracy. In other words, no.
But then again having a cheap currency has it’s perks too, makes it much cheaper to export products which is why countries such as China and Japan artificially keep their currencies so low which particularly explains why Japan is successful at exporting their electronics.
It is for nothing. You accept being poor to keep Putin's thieving autocracy from being challenged. Anyone who exposes their stealing is put in prison or worse and you like it!
The people stealing from Russia's budget are not at fault, its all those foreigners on the other side of the planet!

And who keeps Ukrainians poor, do tell us please DKM...
Putin today declared there is no happiness in life. There is only a mirage on the horizon... Is he okay? Or just upset that he didn't get an invite to the white house or the G7.

He was asked about turning over power to someone else. He basically said it was hard considering his life and his fate is bound to Russia.

Why do I need the ruble exchange rate at 35? ))
The ruble falling in value by half means your purchasing power declining dear Turist. You don't see it that way if you make and buy in rubles, because on your side of the ledger it means rising prices in ruble terms only. If prices have not risen since the ruble was 35, then I am wrong. So which one is it?
It affects more than just Russians traveling abroad...
If you are an exporter of resources priced in dollars abroad, then it would not hurt you. Congrats if you own an oil well or gold mine, you are living well!
