I don't know if it's due to the photos you took in each place, but Helsinki looks by far to be greener and more park-like. Going just by your photos, I'd have to pick Helsinki. Then Gdansk, for the architecture. But looking at the maps, I could see that most of the cities had quite a bit of greenery, large parks, and so forth. So maybe the locations for the photos weren't chosen equally, somehow. I've been to Tallinn, and it's very nice as well as Helsinki, and it's very nice.
Is St. Petersburg "Baltic"? I vote for Helsinki and St. Pete's.
