I as well as friends of Sicilian ancestry have been mistaken for various groups (Lebanese, Colombian, and Greek being the biggest three). I haven't met one Sicilian who hasn't been mistaken for something else. I posted examples of people who have a common look similar to people I know of this heritage, but that's just a guide for those of you who have no idea how they look.
But I'm curious as to those of you who have seen people of Sicilian and southern Italian ancestry, what your opinion is. Obviously they look like and are related to other Italians but who else? I'm wanting to see if you guys' opinions are consistent with what my experiences are in person.
For the poll you can pick as many options as you want.
I'm just joking though. This post is all in good fun and curiosity.
haha yeah, but Italians still do it better
of course just joking .. most of my friends are of Greek heritage.
I was just thinking... my BIL is Sicilian background and most of his family seem to be quite fair... which is contrast to the image normally made of sicilians...

The Normans were one of the groups that settled there too. They were descendants of Vikings from Denmark who established themselves in Normandy, France, so the invading Normans would have been largely of Danish paternal ancestry and French maternal ancestry.
They all look Sicilian. My grandpa from Sicily anyway. They can past for Lebanese and Armenians and Spanish-Americans
Sicilians do it better
Yes they do
A good example of Sicilian beauty - Francesca Chillemi.
