You shouldn't be surprised by this. Obama is and always will be in campaign mode. He lied all during his campaign and it worked. Why would he stop now?
Driving to work this morning I was surprised to hear on NPR (National Public Radio) a fact-check segment where even they found several items that were false or misleading.
The president can't hide anymore. Both sides of the political aisle are wary of him and his proposals.
As an aside, why didn't The President mention the prominent visitors in the gallery with his wife? I saw an Army Enlisted man and the two police officers from Ft. Hood sitting there. Oh- That's right. It would draw attention away from him.

When someone promises me a remodeled kitchen but then my house burns down, a change of plans does occur. Why this author and like minded folks don't comprehend it is a willful thing.
Closed doors for healthcare... dead to rights that was a promise, and did he have the authority, or did Pelosi take it upon herself? That's a legit beef.
