That's pretty uncalled for.

What's uncalled for is the fact that she tasteless parades that poor kid around like a trophy. I would say that she should bow out and take care of her train wreck of a family but I think her mothering skills are probably about on par with her "Vice Presidentin" skills. Dont'cha know?

McCain is clearly losing momentum and I don't see that Palin is going to be much help to him anymore. She didn't do nearly enough last night and I'm sure she will go back to being sequestered starting today.

With Palin essentially out of the picture, except for random pep rallies, how will McCain regain the traction he needs right now? I don't see it happening.

I don't like the fact that she had the baby out at 11:00 at night. That was uncalled for and it shows she's trying to win sympathy points. That won't work for me. Some down syndrome babies have heart conditions as well so she definitely should have had that baby home with the nanny.

Just wait till Saturday Night Live gets a hold of this LOL
I can see it now...

SNL MODERATOR: As America watches these things happen on Capitol Hill, Governor Palin, was this the worst of Washington or the best of Washington that we saw play out?

TINA FEY: You know, the other hackey mams and I, we discuss the economy at our childrens' matches, and if I ask them how they feel about the economy, doncha know, there's gonna be some fear in their voices. You betcha.

SNL MODERATOR: Yes, ok, but my question was, "As America watches these things happen on Capitol Hill, Governor Palin, was this the worst of Washington or the best of Washington that we saw play out?" Would you like to respond?

TINA FEY: Oh, you betcha I would. You see, John McCain is a maverick and he even suspended his campaign to help bring folks together and to be a maverick and put his country first. Maverick. You betcha. Maverick.

SNL MODERATOR: What promises -- given the events of the week, the bailout plan, all of this, what promises have you and your campaigns made to the American people that you're not going to be able to keep?

TINA FEY: Well, let me talk a little about that there energy plan. Doncha know, back in Alaska, I had to take on those mean ol oil companies, and bless their little hearts, they're not really fans of mine now. You betcha!
