Who said kiss the south good-bye? I think that poster spoke too soon. Waaaaay too soon. A traditional Republican state of Virginia know more of the same when they see it.

Virginia hasnt voted for a democratic president since LBJ in the 1960s and it appears it may go blue in the first time in over 40 years. When states like this get close it spells trouble for McCain. Indiana is another one of those close states that hasnt voted for a democrat since the 60s. Obama is already leading in 3 states that Bush won in 2004.

Obama's up by 4 today in Colorado and gaining! I checked a few "red" states to see if support for McCain is as strong as it was for Bush in 2004 and it isn't. Take Kansas for instance. Right now KS is 53% for McCain, 41% for Obama. In 2004, KS went 62% Bush, 37% Kerry. Things are looking good for Obama.

In my particular area it is for Mccain but as a whole Obama is pulling ahead in Florida and today that much more .

If election was today he would take Florida . He lost his way for awhile but now it seems Mccain has lost his.

Sounds like it is more about green rather than red or blue

You better hope that Obama doesn't blow his debate with McCain come Friday and end up losing all his current lead. No doubt, McCain fanatics are keeping their fingers crossed that it will happen.

My girl, Hillary, will be coaching him in the background.

Given the news today, looks like McCain is the one who is very afraid of blowing this debate!
