Why would he want to come and address people of color at an NAACP Convention when he has such a poor record? What does he really have to say that we want to hear??
Actually that is one of the things that I like about McCain. He has said that if elected he would be the President of all the people, not just those who voted for him. That was his explanation for a visit to a small predominantly Black town in Alabama shortly after wrapping up the nomination. He freely admitted that he did not expect the residents of the town to vote for him, but made the visit anyway.

Well I surely do not want to find out rather those words that spilled out of his mouth are authentic.
President of all the people?? I do not find his words that spilled out of his mouth to be authentic-meaning not genuine. Just a bunch of overflow of nothingness-meaningless words. Do you get it now??

I agree. Why bother.
